Agenda and Minutes for Approval
Guest of Honour
Our Guest of Honour for our 2017 AGM will be the
Mayor of Willoughby – Cr Gail Giles Gidney.
Following the recent Local Government elections, we see this as a good opportunity for the local residents and our members to once again reacquaint themselves with our Mayor and to be able to listen, learn and possibly pose questions on issues pertinent to whats happening locally in our suburb.
Whilst we have left it open to the Mayor’s discretion as to what she talks about – some issues she may cover are- the new Council; Any changes we should expect post the Local Government Amalgamation issue (Inter-Council relationships / State & Federal Govt relationships); and of course, an update in regard the Northbridge Car Park;.
Having our Mayor attend our community meeting is a significant honour and we wish to encourage all residents to take the time to attend and partake in the discussion. This meeting will provide an opportunity for all attendees to listen, learn and interact with our Mayor over issues of importance to you. We have also invited our new Sailors Bay Ward Councillors to join the audience and participate as they wish. Your attendance and input can make a difference.

Our community meetings are only held four times a year and provide an excellent opportunity to hear what is happening around your suburb. They provide a valuable opportunity to interact and meet other fellow residents; to ask questions and to give us your suggestions and ideas on local issues.
